HILDEGARDS LADEN Buy Spelt Habermus (400g)

The traditional Habermus breakfast of spelt fritters, apple pieces and Hildegard-typical spices is a popular ingredient of Hildegard cuisine and is often recommended in the Hildegard von Bingen teachings. Produced without artificial flavor enhancers, without artificial additives or preservatives (but with a lot of love).

Application

mix 1 cup of spelt habermus with 2-3 cups of water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. If desired, add honey and lemon juice and let it steep. Cooking time is about 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired consistency.

Despite the most careful production, traces of other allergens (eg: other nuts) can not be excluded.
