HILDEGARDS LADEN Buy Bearroot Pear Honey Mix Powder (70g)

The spice mixture Bärwurz-Birnhonig-Mischpulver is used to prepare the Bärwurz-Birnhonigkur. According to the Hildegard von Bingen teachings, the mixture is ideal for gentle cleansing and purification. Typically, the cure is carried out in autumn at the time of harvesting pears, but it can also be used throughout the year.

Application

Recommendation for use according to Hildegard von Bingen: cut 1kg of pears and boil them until soft (pour away the boiling water), heat 175g of honey and skim, add 70g of mixed powder and mix everything well. Store in the refrigerator. Take 1 teaspoon in the morning, 2 teaspoons at noon and 3 teaspoons in the evening.

It has proved useful to repeat the cure once directly afterwards.
