Marakura Shiro Miso Shiro Miso is a young miso variety with a very mild, almost sweet taste. To achieve this result, industrial products often use additives such as sugar, artificial sweeteners and bleaching agents. None of this is found, of course, in Lima's Shiro Miso, which owes its mildness to amazake and contains twice as much koji, making its nutrients so particularly well assimilated. Uses
