YOGI TEA After Meal is inspired by the culinary art of Indian women. They conjure up the best spice rzblends (massalas) that taste and smell so wonderful. The result is a delicious Ayurvedic herbal and spice rztea blend with cardamom, fennel, ginger and coriander, finely rounded off with licorice, peppermint and a hint of black rzpepper. The subtle message of this tea is: "A man is what he can digest".
Cardamom
Cardamom has been one of the most popular spices rze throughout Asia and Arabia for thousands of years. rzIts delicate, sweet and spicy aroma makes cardamom ideal for use in numerous dishes - from spicy curries to delicious Christmas cookies.
Fennel
Fennel belongs to the Familie of the umbellifer family and has been popular around the gl obus for thousands of years due to its intense aroma. It originally comes from the Mediterranean region and is reminiscent of aniseed due to its sweetish, aromatic rzflavor.
Ginger
Whether in Christmas cookies, curry mixes or lemonade, the bulbous ginger is one of the world's best-known spice rzplants. It has been cultivated in the tropical heat of eastern Asia for thousands of years and gives many of our YOGI TEAs a fruity, spicy, aromatic rzig flavor.
Coriander
rzIn the Middle East and Asia, the slightly sweet-tasting coriander is used in almost every dish, presumably due to its magnificent aroma, which is reminiscent of a spicy mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and orange.
Peppermint
First discovered in 1696 and probably created by chance, the cross between brook mint and Wildmint is now one of the best-known plants in the world. Peppermint is extremely popular worldwide due to its refreshing aroma and has a light, pleasant Schärfe.
Barley malt
Barley belongs to the Familia of sweet grasses and is native to the Middle East and the eastern part of the Balkans. For a long time, barley malt was the only known sweetener - it tastes pleasantly malty and slightly like caramel.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for around 5-6 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).
