Orange peel
The orange is the most widely cultivated citrus fruit in the world. It originally comes from Asia and was only introduced to Europe in the 15th century. Its peel contains numerous essential oils and has a similar fruity taste to its flesh, but is slightly less sweet and slightly bitter.

Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for around 5-6 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).
